ResponsibilitiesThe Mgr Caregiver Health and Safety Process provides system-level leadership for OSHA case management processes, caregiver injury workflows, and related performance improvement efforts. This role partners with Caregiver Health, Caregiver Safety, Disability Management, providers, and operational leaders to establish consistent, sustainable practices that support timely care, regulatory compliance, reduced lost time, and improved caregiver outcomes.
- Serves as the process leadership liaison between Caregiver Health, Caregiver Safety, Disability Management, and related operational stakeholders.
- Develops and standardizes OSHA case management best practices for injured caregivers across care and treatment workflows.
- Supports the design and implementation of efficient telephonic case management and on-call processes, including key performance indicators and performance review mechanisms.
- Builds relationships with high-utilization internal and external providers to promote consistent application of case management strategies and reduce lost-time and restricted-duty outcomes.
- Partners with Caregiver Health to improve visibility of performance against key indicators and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Mentors Caregiver Health and Caregiver Safety resources on OSHA case management principles, recordkeeping expectations, and best-practice application.
- Participates as a core member of multidisciplinary case management reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, trends, and follow-up education needs.
- Leads multidisciplinary review of OSHA 300 recordkeeping throughout the year to support compliance and accurate application of OSHA standards.
- Coordinates process mapping and improvement efforts involving case management databases, interdependencies, data accuracy, and KPI reporting.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEXPERIENCE:- Extensive knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping requirements, interpretations, and OSHA 300/300A maintenance required
EDUCATION:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEXPERIENCE:- Ten or more years of OSHA case management experience preferred
- Experience with provider relations, telephonic case management, multidisciplinary case review, performance improvement, and KPI development preferred.
