Your Key Accountabilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Lead and develop the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
Prepare and analyze internal financial reports and provide meaningful recommendations to support business decisions.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, and enhance overall productivity.
Ensure accurate product and service costing to support business profitability.
Budgeting & Planning
Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Monitor budget-to-actual performance and provide variance analysis to management.
Recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
Credit, Risk & Cash Management
Ensure compliance with company credit policies to minimize bad debt exposure.
Manage cash resources to optimize liquidity, reduce financing costs, and maximize investment returns.
Oversee the Trading Department to ensure adherence to hedging policies and mitigate financial risk.
Inventory & Operational Support
Oversee monthly inventory counts and inventory reconciliations.
Ensure the accuracy of inventory valuation and financial controls related to inventory management.
Support reporting requirements and troubleshoot issues within SAP and other business systems.
Leadership & Business Support

Salary Range: $110,200 - $134,000 annually commensurate with experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
