Role Overview:The MES Technical Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for customer Business and IT VPs, overseeing the entire engagement. This role involves reviewing program charters, operating models, and governance, ensuring rigor in delivery, and tracking key performance indicators. The lead will orchestrate multi-functional teams, drive AI adoption within Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) applications, and manage a significant portfolio, ensuring alignment with TCS delivery and strategy metrics.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Single Point of Contact for customer Business & IT VPs for the overall engagement.
- Review Program Charter, Operating Model, RACI, and Governance Calendar against scope.
- Track customer KPIs and TCS delivery/strategy metrics across all engagements.
- Ensure rigor in program delivery regarding time, quality, and effort, reviewing program milestones.
- Conduct weekly/monthly governance meetings to monitor RAG status, KPI performance, and manage RAID items.
- Functionally and technically review solutions, orchestrating multi-functional teams for program delivery.
- Drive AI adoption across programs to improve team productivity and implement AI use cases in MOM applications.
- Manage a $20MM portfolio, create sales pipelines, and deliver programs.
- Ensure compliance with TCS Delivery/Strategy metrics including SLA, defects, MTTR/MTBF, utilization, and CSAT.
Required Skills: - Strong experience in MES solution implementation and architecture design, particularly in the beverages industry.
- Proficiency in GE Proficy PA.
- Proficiency in SQL.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with SSRS for reporting.
- Familiarity with Kepware for device connectivity.
- Knowledge of the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) domain.
- Experience in site assessment and solution architecture design.
