Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven track record managing data centers and intricate electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Skilled in developing project scopes, schedules, and managing change orders and RFIs.
• Strong relationship management capabilities with stakeholders such as owners' representatives, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing construction teams throughout all project phases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical construction activities for Mission Critical facilities.
• Oversee trade contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for MEP systems.
• Develop project scopes and schedules while managing change orders and RFIs.
• Monitor installation and commissioning of MEP systems with the Engineer and Owner.
• Lead the MEP team and trade partners from project initiation through to turnover.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with various project stakeholders.
