Qualifications

• Active Arkansas clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) in good standing.
• Eligibility to provide supervision in Arkansas.
• Prior experience in supervising mental health clinicians is preferred.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills required.
• Commitment to ethical standards in mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to developing mental health professionals.
• Review and discuss clinical cases and documentation.
• Support supervisees with skill-building opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas supervision and licensing standards.
• Maintain organized and accurate supervision records.
