  • Provide coaching and tools to help the sales team meet or surpass quotas
  • Establish daily goals and tasks to keep team performance on track

  • Conduct daily meetings with staff to support goal achievement
  • Facilitate the sale of personal training aligned with Crunch's philosophy
  • Collaborate on marketing and promotional events with the General Manager

Position Title: Membership Director

Reports to: General Manager, Regional Director of Sales

Compensation: Hourly rate up to $20/hr plus opportunity to earn monthly commissions and bonus. Earning potential is $120k

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY
  • Help General Manager hire, train and develop sales team
  • Ensure sales team is provided with tools, coaching and day-to-day motivation to hit or exceed individual quotas on a monthly basis
  • Create daily task list and goals to ensure team keeps on pace for index
  • Monitor daily work flow and confirm monthly sales planner is fully completed
  • Conduct daily meetings with staff to discuss goals and provide support Follow-up with staff regarding each tour and presentation
  • Ensure that the selling of personal training are offered at point of sale in line with Crunch philosophy Assist in execution of sales for other sales reps
  • Coordinate marketing, promotional, and special events with GM
  • Support all new systems and assist with execution of rolling out new programs Inspect and supervise all prospecting systems to ensure they are in full operation: guest passes, old guest registers, appointments, calls,
  • Reach and surpass team and personal sales goals on a consistent basis
  • Prospect via member referrals, Welcome to Crunch forms, cold calls, approved flyers, guest traffic, phone inquiries, street reach, etc.
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of Crunch's services and facilities
  • Foster a friendly, professional and organized atmosphere for members and guests Communicate and enforce all policies, procedures and standards
  • Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

SECONDARY
  • Prospect via member referrals, Welcome to Crunch forms, cold calls, approved flyers, guest traffic, phone inquiries, street reach, etc.
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of Crunch's services and facilities
  • Foster a friendly, professional and organized atmosphere for members and guests Communicate and enforce all policies, procedures and standards
  • Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

MEETINGS
  • Daily meetings with sales staff
  • Daily "One Minute Meetings" with Club Management
  • Weekly Club Management Meeting
  • Monthly Marketing Meeting
  • Employee Training and/or Certifications, to be decided by Regional Director of Sales

Requirements:
  • 1-year sales management experience preferred
  • 3-5-years sales experience preferred
  • Exceptional sales skills

  • Daily Training and Development of sales staff
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills - Excel, Word
