Description:As a Medical Physicist Assistant, you will be responsible for working alongside a Medical Physicist within the identified area. You will assist the Medical Physicist to ensure equipment within the area is fully functioning, this includes performing the full range of quality control checks on medical devices administered by the Medical Physicist and reviewing procedures related to radiotherapy and/or diagnostic imaging devices. You will also provide research support and assist with training students as needed.

Required Qualifications: Completion of a bachelor's of Science in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline from a recognized university.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Medical Physics, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Health Physics, Medical Radiation Sciences, or a related scientific/technical discipline.
