Full Job Description
Lead clinical quality and standards at a full-service small-animal hospital offering advanced diagnostics, digital radiology, ultrasound, and laser surgery.
  • Continue practicing medicine while shaping the hospital's medical vision, protocols, and clinical excellence across the team.
  • Mentor and develop Associate DVMs and support staff to elevate patient care and team confidence.
  • Guide clinical workflow and case management within a collaborative, patient-focused environment serving eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island.
  • Practice with owner-level impact-set the direction for medical quality with strong operational support in HR, marketing, and administration.


  • Schedule
    • Full-Time or Part-time available, Relief possible
    • Hours of Operation:
    Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
    Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
    Saturday - Sunday: Closed

    • Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week.
