Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of the highest quality Oncology Care
  • Develop, strategize and oversee the development and growth of the Oncology Program
  • Work closely with the clinic administration and other key stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement of patient care and maintenance of the Commission on Cancer (CoC) accreditation
  • Participate in the monthly Tumor Board meetings
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about their cancer diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care resources
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
  • Manage patient's symptoms and side effects of treatment
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.

Education Requirements:
  • MD or DO
  • BC/BE in specialty
