Brentwood Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to join our team in Brentwood, CA.

Brentwood Veterinary Hospital has been a trusted part of the Brentwood community since 1976. We are a 5-doctor small animal practice proud of our experienced, long-standing team and the relationships we've built with generations of clients and their pets. Our tenured veterinarians bring decades of combined experience, with some doctors having over 15 years of experience, while several of our veterinary technicians have been part of our hospital family for 20 years. This depth of knowledge creates a collaborative environment where mentorship, teamwork, and exceptional patient care thrive. Our quality medical team provides progressive care for our patients while maintaining the welcoming, family feel our clients and team value.

  • Six spacious exam rooms designed to support efficient patient flow and quality care
  • Comprehensive diagnostic services, including ultrasound, EKG, digital radiography, and in-house laboratory capabilities
  • Surgical opportunities including soft tissue and orthopedic procedures
  • Therapeutic laser treatments to support patient recovery and pain management
  • Advanced dental care, including digital dental radiography, tooth extractions, and oral surgery
  • In-home euthanasia services and vaccine administration for qualifying patients


Lead and Inspire

As Managing Veterinarian, you will:
  • Provide medical leadership and clinical direction
  • Mentor associate veterinarians
  • Partner with hospital and regional leadership to drive success
  • Help shape medical protocols and team development
  • Maintain an active clinical caseload

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $160,000-$185,000 (DOE)
  • 22% production plus leadership incentives
  • Sign-On or Relocation Bonuses available
