This role combines clinical practice with medical leadership. As Medical Director, you'll guide medical quality, mentor associate doctors, and help shape the practice's culture and clinical standards.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-10pm, Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-4pm
Located in Hanover, MA, for over 60 years VCA Roberts Animal Hospital has been serving the communities of Hanover, Hanson, Norwell, Hingham and Rockland. We are passionate about providing exceptional veterinary service for our clients and top-notch medical care for their pets. Our hospital provides wellness exams, preventative care, vaccines, urgent care, diagnostic services, soft tissue surgery and dental procedures. Our hospital also provides endoscopy, ultrasounds and consultations with our Board-Certified Internal Medicine Specialist.
Hanover offers a welcoming South Shore community with strong schools, local parks and trails, and easy access to some of Massachusetts' best beaches and coastal recreation. Nearby Plymouth and Hingham offer plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment, while Boston is less than an hour away offering a mix of culture, sports, and attractions.

Compensation
- Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary Range: $140,000 - 160,000. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week.

Qualifications- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in (state), or the ability to obtain
- A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
