As Medical Director, you'll partner with hospital leadership to foster a collaborative culture, mentor fellow veterinarians, uphold medical excellence, and help shape the future of a well-established practice. We're looking for a leader with a growth mindset who is excited to expand services, support team development, and create an exceptional experience for both clients and patients.
What You'll Do- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff
- Practice high-quality small animal medicine and surgery
- Promote medical excellence and maintain gold standard of care
- Partner with hospital leadership to support hospital growth and strategic initiatives
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture
- Support the professional development of associate veterinarians
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and patient care
Qualifications- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited veterinary school
- Active (or eligible) Missouri veterinary license
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong surgical and medical skills with an interest in continuing to grow surgical services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
