Job Summary: Patriot Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Media Integration Analyst to support Public Affairs (PA)/Visual Information (VI), Knowledge Management (KM), and Multimedia services for the Commander Naval Surface Forces Pacific (CNSP) Public Affairs Office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Basic Qualifications:- Security Clearance: Secret
- Degree in Analytics and/or Business Administration and/or Digital Media and/or Marketing and/or Media & Multimedia Arts preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience with strategic communications, crisis communications, media research, and stakeholder engagement.
- Sharp, analytical mind with a history of turning data into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize communication campaigns.
- Must have knowledge of traditional and digital media and understand how and why they are utilized in developing strategic campaigns.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of digital media workflow, measurement, research, optimization, and testing methods.
- Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including conducting executive-level presentations.
- Must have excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and cross-team collaboration capability.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools. Very strong Excel skills.
- Must orchestrate comprehensive writing and editing of diverse internal and external communication products, such as press releases, monthly playbooks, the Surface Warfare Magazine, briefing cards, talking points, responses to queries, media kits, media preps, standard operating procedures, emergency response plans, and training materials.
- Must formulate, execute, and analyze communication plans that effectively align with Surface Force priorities and objectives, and subsequently direct creative tactics.
- Must develop compelling talking points, speeches, messages to the force, and video scripts tailored for CNSF and stakeholders, enhancing message delivery and impact.
- Must research, develop, and staff responses to routine media queries.
- Must coordinate the release of public information and develop plans for the release of official communications.
- Must coordinate and liaise with subordinate units and higher headquarters to facilitate media coverage of the command and Surface Force entities.
- Must provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on military public affairs.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to support CNSP PA tasking.
