About the Job:
As a key leader in campaign execution and client management, the Media Buying Supervisor oversees the implementation of media buys, develops junior talent, and drives strategic planning. This role requires strong technical expertise, process acumen, and relationship-building skills to effectively manage client relationships, partner collaborations, and team development. The Supervisor plays a pivotal role in agency growth, contributing to new business initiatives and training programs. This position is a launching pad for advanced leadership opportunities within the agency.

A Day in the Life:
Media Execution: Develop and implement media plans and campaigns, recommending tactics and partners to meet client objectives, and ensures alignment with client goals and budgets.
Team Leadership: Guide and develop junior team members, providing advice and counsel to identify solutions and drive growth, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Strategic Thinking: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, analyzing problems and developing solutions to drive client success and agency growth.
Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and publishers, identifying new opportunities and staying informed about changes in capabilities.
Communication: Develop and deliver clear, compelling, and persuasive presentations and communications to clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Performance Management: Create and deliver accurate and timely performance management documents, while motivating and developing the team to achieve high-quality results.

What you will need:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on relevant field of study.
3.5+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in pharma, with expertise in media planning and buying.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and media applications like Prisma, with advanced Excel skills.
Strategic thinking, leadership, and management skills, with ability to train and mentor junior team members and manage cross-functional teams.
Effective communication skills for internal and external relationships, including leading client presentations and day-to-day meetings.
Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and technical proficiency, with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and workstreams.
