You will be the Systems Integration/Test Engineer Stf for the Systems Integration and Test team which is responsible for...

What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Integration/Test Engineer Stf you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end integration and test solutions that meet customer contractual requirements while balancing technical, schedule and cost constraints.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Plan, implement, test, document and maintain integration solutions for in-house and COTS/GOTS components and subsystems.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications, resolve hardware/software interface issues, and define input/output parameters.
  • Create and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules, ensuring testability and compliance.
  • Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities across programs and partner organizations.
  • Analyze test results, generate evaluation reports, and conduct regression testing to validate fixes.

Basic Qualifications

1) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or related engineering or science degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

2) Willing to support extended and off shift work schedules and on-call requirements

3) Willing and able to work in a laboratory environment by themselves or with other team members

4) Five years of mechanical testing experience including tensile, compressive, and fatigue testing.

5) Ability to lift 10 lbs.

Desired Skills

1) Hands on experience working in a lab environment performing mechanical testing
2) Familiar with reading and following MIL, ASTM, and proprietary specifications
3) Proficient with Microsoft Office
4) Experience developing test fixutres and testing requirements for to perform unique one off mechanical tests
5) Experience working with and trouble shooting MTS universal machines
6) Experience programming environmental test chambers

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
