What You Will Be DoingAs the Systems Integration/Test Engineer Stf you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end integration and test solutions that meet customer contractual requirements while balancing technical, schedule and cost constraints.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan, implement, test, document and maintain integration solutions for in-house and COTS/GOTS components and subsystems.
- Develop functional and technical specifications, resolve hardware/software interface issues, and define input/output parameters.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules, ensuring testability and compliance.
- Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities across programs and partner organizations.
- Analyze test results, generate evaluation reports, and conduct regression testing to validate fixes.

Basic Qualifications1) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or related engineering or science degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
2) Willing to support extended and off shift work schedules and on-call requirements
3) Willing and able to work in a laboratory environment by themselves or with other team members
4) Five years of mechanical testing experience including tensile, compressive, and fatigue testing.
5) Ability to lift 10 lbs.
Desired Skills1) Hands on experience working in a lab environment performing mechanical testing
2) Familiar with reading and following MIL, ASTM, and proprietary specifications
3) Proficient with Microsoft Office
4) Experience developing test fixutres and testing requirements for to perform unique one off mechanical tests
5) Experience working with and trouble shooting MTS universal machines
6) Experience programming environmental test chambers
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
