Full Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role focuses on three core areas: project planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination; team and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients; and financial and performance management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Mechanical construction experience gained through education, field work, or professional roles
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the professionalism and integrity to represent Danforth

The estimated compensation range for this role is $80,000-$110,000, based on individual experience, qualifications, and location.
