Mechanical Project Engineer, you will take ownership of the mechanical design process and play a critical role in delivering high-performance, energy-efficient building systems. What You'll Do- Lead mechanical (HVAC) design for complex, high-impact projects
- Develop innovative, energy-efficient solutions tailored to client goals
- Guide and mentor engineering team members within your discipline
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project partners to drive success
- Ensure technical excellence from concept through execution
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of HVAC design experience (healthcare, research, or higher education preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
- Proficiency with tools like Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
