We’re a leading manufacturer of high-performance microwave cable assemblies, and we’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Woodridge, IL. What you'll doDesign and develop 50-ohm microwave harnesses and related components.
Design and develop fiber/power/signal harnesses and related components.
Create and review technical drawings and customer specifications.
Perform calculations, testing, and data analysis to ensure product reliability.
Maintain bills of materials and routings in the system.
Develop assembly instructions and design test fixtures.
Communicate technical requirements with customers, sales, and internal teams.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for engineering projects.
What you needEngineering degree (ME or EE) from a 4-year program (required)
5+ years of experience with microwave or RF products or fiber/power/signal harnesses and components (required)
Proficiency with Excel and Word (required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
Experience with 50-ohm coax cables and connectors (preferred)
Experience creating 3D models of components and assemblies in CAD (preferred)

Salary Range:
$82,600.00-$110,100.000
