PositionYOUR ROLE AT REEL USAReporting to the Director of Engineering, you will work with a multidisciplinary team on the design, integration, and implementation of major tailor-made mechanical equipment's to the strictest specifications of our customers
HOW YOUR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:- Mechanical design of equipment (mechanisms, structures, ergonomics, machine safety);
- 3D modeling;
- Calculations and sizing of structures and mechanisms;
- Selection of commercial components with specifications / technical specifications;
- Development of technical documents.
RequirementsWHAT YOU WILL BRING - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the design of structures or mechanically welded assemblies
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Knowledge of ASME standards for design and fabrication
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Good knowledge of Autocad and Inventor software (an asset)
- Knowledge of STAAD, ANSYS, MATHCAD, S-FRAME software (an asset)
