Job DescriptionJob Description:- CAD design of fixtures and adaptor plates using mechanical NX CAD tools.
- Full-platform CAD design - model the entire test assembly in CAD, integrating STEP files provided by instrument vendors.
- Fabrication support for all custom mechanical parts.
- Fab drawing release - produce and release fabrication drawings with appropriate GD&T and tolerancing.
- DFM reviews - conduct Design-for-Manufacturability reviews and iterate with US and/or APAC manufacturers.
- Build, test, and calibrate the platforms.
- Procurement - purchase cases (and associated packaging/consumables) for platform transport.
- Packaging & shipping of the completed platforms to customer sites.
- On-site assembly support at validation-team customer locations.
Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design.
Experience: 3-5 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $140,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
