Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of mechanical engineering experience
• Proven ability to innovate beyond standard solutions
• Familiarity with high power density systems
• Experience with multi-material assemblies and CTE mismatches
• Knowledge of solder joint reliability (preferred)
• Background in large IC packages and assemblies (preferred)
• Experience with optical and liquid cooled systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop wafer-scale assembly components
• Collaborate on power delivery system integration
• Optimize mechanical chassis and heatsink interactions
• Conduct testing and validation of designs
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Document design processes and specifications
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility
