We're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, creating practical solutions, and taking ownership of projects from concept through production release. Someone who combines strong analytical skills with creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for building world-class products.
You'll have the opportunity to:- Design and develop new lift products and product improvements
- Lead engineering projects from concept through production release
- Perform stress analysis and engineering calculations to validate designs
- Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, and Bills of Material
- Support product certification testing and regulatory compliance efforts
- Collaborate with the manufacturing, purchasing, sales, and service teams
- Develop custom solutions to meet unique customer requirements
- Make a visible impact on product quality, innovation, and company growth
Desired Skills & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- 5+ years of experience as a Design Engineer
- At least 3 years of design experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally involving capital equipment
- Strong CAD experience required; Autodesk Inventor preferred
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Ability to perform engineering calculations and stress analysis
- Experience developing products from concept through production release
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with hydraulic systems is a plus
- Electrical engineering knowledge or experience is a plus
