Now Hiring MDS Coordinator (RN)
Northern Manhattan Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate MDS Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments to ensure accurate care planning, regulatory compliance, and optimal reimbursement, while supporting high-quality, resident-centered care. Responsibilities of MDS Coordinator (RN):
