Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a BE/BC, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a growing and respected orthopedic practice in La Crosse, Wisconsin. As part of Emplify Health, formed by the integration of Gundersen Health System and Bellin Health, you will practice within a physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare network serving communities across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.

This exceptional opportunity allows you to join two fellowship-trained orthopedic traumatologists within a fully integrated Level II Trauma Center and become part of an established orthopedic department with extensive subspecialty support.

About the Opportunity

  • Join a dedicated team of fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeons in a high-volume regional trauma program

  • Practice within a fully integrated Level II Trauma Center serving a large referral region across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa

  • 1:13 Orthopedic call rotation

  • Anticipated case volumes support a robust trauma practice with the opportunity to maintainconcurrent elective orthopedic interests

  • Collaborate with a highly experienced, subspecialty-trained orthopedic team including hand, sports medicine, joint replacement, spine, foot and ankle, and pediatric orthopedic surgeons

  • Strong referral base supported by more than two dozen regional clinic locations
