Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of RN experience, with preference for more extensive backgrounds.
• Required certifications: ACLS, NIHS Stroke, and PALS, to be obtained at hire or shortly thereafter.
• Ability to commit to a night shift schedule and flexible working hours is essential.
• Experience in a multi-unit setting is beneficial due to floating requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to adapt quickly to different team dynamics and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care across various units as needed.
• Adhere to established protocols and procedures while managing patient care.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients' health status and report any changes promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery plans.
