Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Control algorithm implementation and verification for Carrier Rooftop NPD and sustaining programs.
Implement Control Algorithms: Develop and refine control algorithms in Simulink, ensuring compliance with system specifications and performance requirements.
Testing: Develop, execute, and refine unit and integration tests in MATLAB and Simulink to verify control algorithm against control requirement.
Model-Based Design and Analysis: Basic knowledge in heat transfer, two-phase flow, and thermodynamic cycle and conduct model-based analysis for control design and improvement.
Perform dynamic analysis of non-linear systems in development of control algorithms including system identification, controllability, robustness, stability, and optimization.
Model-Based Verification and Validation: Utilize MATLAB, Simulink, and FMI Toolbox to implement and execute model-based verification and validation, ensuring system performance and functionality.
Lab Testing and Debugging: Support lab testing by analysing results to guide refinements in plant model fidelity and control algorithms, identifying control-related issues, and implementing corrective actions to enhance system performance and reliability.
