What You Will Do 🏁- Transform early childhood mathematics instruction - support teachers in moving beyond rote counting and memorization toward meaningful mathematical experiences that develop children's understanding, reasoning, and confidence.
- Design and deliver personalized Professional Development (PD) journeys, tailoring coaching plans to each school, teacher, and stage of implementation.
- Coach teachers in real classrooms through observations, live modeling, and feedback cycles, helping them translate research-based approaches into effective daily practice.
- Bring mathematics to life through play and exploration - help teachers use manipulatives, games, stories, movement, and hands-on activities to develop early mathematical thinking.
- Build strong mathematical foundations - support teachers in developing children's number sense, understanding of quantities, counting, patterns, shapes, spatial reasoning, and early problem-solving skills.
- Develop teachers' understanding of how young children learn mathematics, helping them recognize children's mathematical thinking, ask purposeful questions, and respond to different learning needs.
- Drive measurable impact - strengthen teacher confidence and instructional practice while supporting children's mathematical engagement, conceptual understanding, and readiness for future learning.
- Lead hands-on, math-focused PD sessions and workshops that model developmentally appropriate teaching strategies and connect mathematical theory to real classroom practice.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to early childhood educators and school leaders, helping them navigate instructional challenges and build a shared vision for high-quality mathematics education.
- Build a strong community of early childhood math educators across your region, sharing effective practices and supporting continuous professional growth.
