The Maternal Outreach Nurse Coordinator serves as the clinical and operational leader responsible for advancing maternal care across the WVU Medicine network. This role is centered on improving maternal outcomes through three primary functions: building workforce capability, strengthening regional care coordination, and driving system-wide quality and readiness.
The coordinator leads the development and implementation of standardized maternal education and simulation programs to enhance clinical readiness across diverse care settings.
