Our business is growing and we are looking for a Master Technician.
Responsibilities:- Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards
- Removal, installation, and servicing of components
- Assist in proper maintenance of shop and equipment
- Continued personal update training, maintaining ASE certifications
- Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
- Report any items that are out of stock to the Center Manager
- Capable of assuming responsibility and training general technicians
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and repair in a timely manner
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Maintain a safe environment while keeping the customer's vehicle clean
Skills and Requirements- Knowledge of electrical diagnostics
- Knowledge of testing sensors
- Ability to use a scanner
- Have a set of quality tools
- Experience on domestic and import vehicles (both early and late models)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Technician preferred.
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent follow-up & organization skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task
- Keep a clean work area
Compensation: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
