Job Description:Job Summary:The Electric Power Division (EPD) is looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team! Our solutions help meet customer needs in a variety of ways - everything from providing back-up power to hospitals to providing emergency power when natural disasters strike and supporting critical infrastructure for data centers.
As a Digital Marketing Consultant in EPD, you'll have the opportunity to support Electric Power by developing, implementing, and measuring innovative digital strategies, web experiences, and content improvements that drive customer engagement and measurable outcomes. You'll work with peers across the organization and around the world to ensure our digital presence is aligned, consistent, and customer-back. You'll also maximize your creativity and technical expertise by defining new ways to reach our personas, improving how we execute digital tactics, and ensuring every action contributes to stronger performance across channels.
What you will do:- Lead management efforts with a select group of dealers, ensuring leads move consistently through the sales funnel and project-managing actions, follow-ups, and workflow improvements.
- Execute digital tactics across channels, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with EP priorities and campaign objectives.
- Help structure website content to support search visibility, answer engine discovery and AI-powered search experiences.
- Update and optimize campaign, industry and application pages for SEO, design quality, AEO, and overall discoverability, ensuring pages remain current and customer-focused.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities, analyzing website performance.
- Own, maintain, and regularly update Cat Dealer platform.
- Create practical guidance, templates and checklists to help internal stakeholders produce effective digital content.
- Work closely with dealers, SMEs, and internal digital teams to align on priorities, coordinate updates, and ensure execution supports shared goals.
- Measure success using clear KPIs across digital execution, web performance, and dealer lead progression, reporting back with insights and optimization recommendations.

- Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
- Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.
Additional Information:- This position is located in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL.
- Travel up to 5% is required.

- This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
