Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5-8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, or growth marketing
Experience in service-based or B2B industries preferred
Strong background in campaign execution, digital marketing, and events
Ability to translate strategy into measurable results
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the annual marketing plan aligned to growth objectives
Create quarterly go-to-market (GTM) plans by vertical
Define target segments and prioritize growth opportunities
Lead GTM strategy by vertical
Build vertical playbooks including messaging, positioning, and campaign approach
Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, content, and social media)
Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority accounts
