Job Description: - Manages budget spreadsheet and stays within allocated budget.
- Responds quickly to issues identified by physicians, skillfully communicating to the appropriate administrator(s), and responds back to the physician.
- Implements strategic physician marketing plans and strategies, understanding profitability, setting appropriate tracking mechanisms, and demonstrating positive ROI.
- Works with strategically identified physicians to facilitate introductions to physicians and/or hospital programs and service with a focus on building business.
- Articulates issues facing departments and marketabilty and suggests potential solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy
- Ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision, multi-task and take direction in a matrixed work environment
- Fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales
- General knowledge of computer hardware and software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word) and familiarity with other relevant programs such as SalesForce and MarketWare

Work Experience: • 1+ healthcare or sales [Preferred]

- High School Grad or Equivalent and 3+ years of experience.

Pay Range:$60,756.80 - $113,006.40
