Full Job Description
As the Marketing Operations & CRM Manager, you will run the day-to-day operation of the HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) platform. The role owns the workflows, data flows, and system integrations that keep lead and customer data accurate and reliable. It is technical and systems-focused, not a creative or campaign-execution role.
What You'll Do
As the Marketing Operations & CRM Manager, you will:
• Own the HubSpot workflow inventory. Set standards for enrollment criteria, branching, re-enrollment, and suppression. Build, test, and maintain workflows. Review and approve complex builds. Monitor workflow errors. Find the root cause and fix it.
• Keep syncs healthy between HubSpot and connected systems, including E1, ad platforms, call tracking, and SMS and Rich Communication Services (RCS) providers.
• Manage the connection to the digital asset management (DAM) system, Asset Bank. Keep asset-to-campaign association, metadata, naming, and permissions consistent.
• Manage the connection to Asana. Maintain campaign intake and request flows, task and status triggers, and the handoff between project records and campaign records.
• Manage the connections to creative and content tools, such as Canva and Optimizely. Maintain template and brand-asset governance and tracking parameters.
• Train HubSpot users on operations standards. Guide and review the work of specialists, analysts, or contractors.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Five or more years in CRM or marketing operations, including two or more years owning a CRM platform or leading other contributors, is required. Experience syncing an ERP system with a CRM is preferred.
• Advanced HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub required. Experience with Operations Hub data sync and programmable automation, and HubSpot certifications preferred.
• Experience integrating a CRM with at least two of these three areas: DAM systems; project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday; creative and content tools such as Canva, Adobe, content management systems, or testing platforms.
• Experience with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, and Google) and the tracking they require.
