Full Job Description
Your role at Vantive

Vantive is seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and performance management of our Peer-to-Peer programming. This role is critical in supporting growth across our Chronic business, commercial execution, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, this role will manage the end-to-end execution of storing and printing both digital and printed collateral for the US Chronic Commercial organization.

You will be responsible for the execution of key marketing programs, primarily focused on Healthcare Professionals, coordinating across functions. The manager will also be responsible for establishing relations with HCPs, vendors, and external agencies. The responsibility of the marketing manager is to develop project plans and execute marketing initiatives that support growth of the PD business. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the performance of initiatives and recommending improvements in processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a range of marketing functions, including communications, branding, events, promotions, and digital marketing. The marketing manager must be a highly organized multitasker able to manage many diverse projects at once to meet deadlines.

This role requires a highly collaborative, organized, and strong project manager who can operate independently in a matrixed environment, manage external stakeholders, and continuously optimize performance through data, innovation, and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

Peer-to-Peer Programming
  • Translate programming strategy into high-impact tactics that drive awareness, engagement, and execution
  • Design differentiated, insight-driven customer experiences using analytics, post-event reporting, and event metrics to optimize ROI
  • Identify and implement new and updated presentations for stakeholders to utilize for the programming
  • Partner with colleagues to shape technology strategy, updated models, and cost optimization opportunities
  • Evolve, track, analyze, summarize, and communicate performance metrics (engagement, leads, ROI) across events
  • Apply insights to improve future strategies and execution
  • Champion innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the peer-to-peer programming portfolio


Collateral Management
  • Lead end-to-end execution of storing, printing, and shipping US marketing collateral:
    • Management of internal and external databases supporting US marketing collateral
    • Ownership of printing process for key collateral
    • Compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Function as primary point of contact for key vendors
  • Monitor budgets proactively and ensure financial discipline

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with medical professionals
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., PhRMA, Sunshine Act, CFR) preferred
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with high attention to detail

The estimated base salary for this position is $108,000 to $148,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
