Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager, Office Portfolio position plays a key role in bringing Related Ross's office acquisition marketing program to life. Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, this role helps lead day-to-day campaign management, agency coordination, and performance reporting across Related Ross's growing portfolio of stabilized and in-development office assets in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Wellington.

This role has meaningful ownership across all aspects of the marketing equation including paid advertising campaigns, owned media, content and collateral development, customer relationship management and deal closing and onboarding support. This position is well-suited for a collaborative, digitally fluent marketer who enjoys both the analytical and creative aspects of a multi-faceted marketing process within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management & Digital Execution
  • Manage day-to-day execution of paid search, paid social, and display campaigns across the office portfolio in partnership with the company's digital marketing agency and other external resources
  • Oversee SA360 and CM360 analytics platforms and Google Analytics - monitor performance, manage bid strategies, and maintain the integrity of cross-channel attribution
  • Manage the ad campaign calendar and flighting, ensuring the timeliness of launch and budget compliance
  • Analyze campaign data weekly and generate insights and optimization recommendations

CRM & Analytics
  • Manage data within the CRM system - ensure all leads are captured, tagged, and tracked through the leasing funnel
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences that give leasing teams and leadership real-time visibility into pipeline and campaign performance
  • Partner with leasing brokers and internal leasing team to align marketing KPIs with deal activity

Brand & Collateral
  • Maintain and update leasing materials - presentations, fact sheets, property websites, and digital assets - ensuring accuracy and brand alignment across all properties
  • Support the Director on brand audits and positioning for individual assets and the Related Ross Office Collection

Tenant Experience & Partnerships
  • Collaborate with the Related Life, CityPlace, and sponsorship teams on activations and programming that support tenant acquisition and retention
  • Support events, loyalty initiatives, and app-based engagement, as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 4 to 6 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, and programmatic display, a strong plus
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and performance reporting
  • Experience managing external agencies and holding vendors accountable to deliverables
  • Commercial real estate or B2B marketing background preferred but not required
  • A highly organized and proactive self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Asana, and Google Analytics
