Reports To: Director of Marketing & Revenue Operations
Compensation:$115,000 annually + 15% Annual Performance Bonus
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Travel: Up to 10%

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager leads the daily operations of the Marketing department, overseeing project execution, team priorities, campaign planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This role ensures marketing initiatives are completed on time, aligned with company objectives, and delivered with excellence.

You'll play a critical role in supporting company growth initiatives across digital marketing, content development, events, proposals, sales enablement, podcasts, and marketing operations while helping improve processes, technology adoption, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Marketing team by managing priorities, workload, performance, and professional growth.
  • Translate strategic marketing goals into actionable projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Oversee project execution while managing risks, approvals, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Manage integrated marketing programs including content marketing, digital campaigns, events, podcasts, proposals, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Own and maintain the editorial calendar and campaign schedule.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, on-brand, and approved before publication.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Client Services, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
  • Monitor campaign performance, project completion, quality metrics, and marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support the implementation and responsible use of marketing technology, automation platforms, and AI-powered tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project management, or program management.
  • Previous experience leading employees, managing vendors, or coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, B2B marketing, Salesforce, marketing automation, proposal management, or enterprise sales support is highly preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
