Compass Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic leader on our Microsoft account, showcasing everything from innovative vendor partnerships to engaging campus experiences and executive-level tours.

You'll drive marketing initiatives that deepen customer engagement, strengthen vendor relationships, support business development, and elevate the guest experience at every turn. What You'll Do

Vendor Partnerships & Campus Engagement

Partner with the Vendor Relationship Team to identify strategic growth opportunities across restaurant, espresso, and retail vendor portfolios
Develop and manage the annual vendor marketing, promotional, and activation strategy in alignment with business goals
Lead quarterly planning sessions with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to spark innovative campaigns and growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, leading collaboration on grand openings, product launches, and experiential activations
Guide new vendors through onboarding and space launches, providing marketing support for design, merchandising, and opening events
Partner with Dining and Restaurant leadership to ensure consistent brand standards and messaging across all locations
Support annual pricing updates through coordinated customer communications and change management materials
Collaborate on campus-wide engagement events and integrated marketing activations
Promote vendor highlights across internal communications, social media, websites, and newsletters
Manage the monthly Dining, Shops & Services (DSS) newsletter, driving engaging content and participation
Research industry trends and emerging concepts to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the account

High Profile Tours Management

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of client and high-profile internal tours, partnering with Senior Leadership to customize each experience
Own tour intake requests, aligning business priorities and coordinating scheduling with Line of Business leaders
Manage the tour calendar, ensuring seamless execution and accurate expense tracking with Finance
Serve as primary tour facilitator, delivering experiences that showcase innovation, hospitality excellence, and strategic partnership
Develop compelling tour narratives and talking points tailored to specific audiences
Create and maintain marketing and presentation materials - tour guides, videos, and showcase assets - that support business development and enterprise storytelling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with a focus on experiential marketing, promotions, hospitality, dining, retail, or customer engagement programs.
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership and successfully managing high-profile stakeholders with varying priorities and expectations.
  • Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, activations, events, and promotional programs.
  • Experience supporting restaurant, retail, hospitality, or foodservice environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting space refreshes, restaurant openings, merchandising initiatives, and customer-facing environments preferred.
  • Experience managing digital communications, email marketing platforms, website content, and internal communication channels.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management capabilities with demonstrated success managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and customer insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations and business strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Passion for hospitality, customer experience, innovation, and continuous improvement.
