Job Summary
The Manager, Calendar & Pipeline Planning at Denny's, Inc. will lead the development and optimization of our marketing calendar and new product pipeline, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals and efficient execution of initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the comprehensive Denny's marketing calendar, encompassing all promotional activities, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Culinary, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) to gather input and ensure alignment on calendar initiatives.
  • Manage the new product development pipeline, tracking progress from concept to launch and identifying potential roadblocks or dependencies.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review calendar progress, discuss pipeline updates, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to inform future calendar planning and pipeline prioritization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within calendar management and pipeline development.
  • Prepare and present calendar and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the effective use of project management tools and software for calendar and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure timely communication of key dates, deliverables, and changes to all relevant teams.

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum:$88,000.00 - Maximum:$121,000.00
