Full Job Description
About the Role

We've built our name across the Middle East. North America is next, and this is where you come in.

This is our first dedicated marketing hire for the Americas. You will own how we show up in the region: the positioning, the story, the content, and the demand that comes from it. There is no playbook to inherit. You will write it, then run it.

It is a hands-on builder role. You will be writing the copy, launching the campaigns, and shaping the narrative yourself, not briefing an agency and approving invoices.

What You Will Do
  • Build the North American go-to-market narrative for our platform and make it land with CISOs, security leaders, and their teams
  • Write the content: web copy, campaign assets, product messaging, case studies, and early thought leadership on behalf of our leadership team
  • Stand up demand generation from scratch: channel mix, campaign calendar, and the reporting to show what is working
  • Create the sales enablement layer our Americas sellers need, including pitch narrative, one-pagers, battlecards, and objection handling
  • Build brand credibility in a market where we are a new name, through press, analysts, partners, and community presence
  • Work closely with product, sales, and the Dubai marketing team across time zones

What We Are Looking For
  • Cybersecurity marketing experience, ideally marketing a product to CISOs and security teams. Familiarity with CTEM, attack surface management, or SOC and detection and response is a strong advantage
  • A zero-to-something track record. You have built brand trust and demand in a category where nobody knew the company yet, rather than scaling an engine someone else built. Be ready to talk through specifically how you built credibility from nothing
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You are energised by building the positioning, the content calendar, and the channel strategy rather than being handed one
  • Deep North American market fluency: buyer behaviour, analyst relationships, press and PR norms, and channel dynamics
  • Strong writing. Clear, technically credible copy that security practitioners take seriously
  • A proactive communicator who works well in a matrixed, remote setup across time zones

Nice to Have
  • Marketing into MSSPs, channel, or OEM partners
  • AWS Marketplace co-sell marketing
  • Analyst relations experience with Gartner or Forrester
  • Ghostwriting for founders or executives
