driven, energetic, and experienced Marketing Liaison to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare marketing professional who is passionate about building relationships, developing referral partnerships, and driving census growth.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and relationship builder who can represent the facility throughout the healthcare community and develop strong, long-term partnerships with referral sources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, physician groups, home health agencies, assisted living communities, and other healthcare referral sources
- Drive census growth by developing new referral opportunities and strengthening existing relationships
- Conduct regular outreach and facility visits with key referral partners
- Promote The Paramount at Somers and its clinical, rehabilitation, and post-acute services
- Serve as a professional point of contact for referral sources, hospitals, and community partners
- Follow up promptly on referrals, inquiries, and potential admissions
- Build and maintain a strong network within the healthcare and post-acute community
- Participate in hospital meetings, networking events, community events, and other marketing initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase referrals and admissions
- Monitor referral trends and competitive activity within the local market
- Work closely with Admissions, Nursing, Administration, and Clinical teams to support successful admissions
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activity, referral sources, and business development efforts
- Represent The Paramount at Somers with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
Qualifications- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, or a related field preferred
- SNF/LTC, rehabilitation, hospital, or other healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Established relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare referral sources is a strong plus
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Professional demeanor and strong customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
