Full Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Lead to work as part of a national marketing team but primarily support our Kansas City and Lawrence studios. This position will sit in our Kansas City office, a dynamic 50-person+ studio working on architecture, interior design, and city design projects throughout the Midwest region and beyond. This position will be responsible for the writing and production of proposals and other marketing materials, as well as the collection, organization, and maintenance of related project, client, and pursuit information. The ideal candidate will lead strategy sessions with principals and project teams to develop themes, narrative content, and production logistics for proposals and qualification packages. Other responsibilities include developing print and digital collateral, coordinating information needs with consultants, supporting interview preparation, when needed assisting the communications team with professional photography and awards submissions, and helping maintain business development tracking tools, including CRM data, pursuit updates, relationship information, and related analytics. Marketing collateral development and updates will include project sheets, staff resumes, firm profiles, brochures, presentations, and other materials that support positioning and pursuit strategy.
