  • Work with Project Managers to resolve questions involving project scope, priorities, timelines, or broader clarification of the brief.
  • Share work with requestors and internal reviewers, ask questions, check for understanding, and incorporate feedback into assigned work.
  • Complete assigned tasks according to established timelines and notify the Project Manager of missing information, production issues, or conflicts that may affect delivery.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services and Marketing team members to execute assigned work, adapt global campaign assets for regional needs, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Use approved AI-enabled creative tools to support asset versioning, adaptation, and production efficiency within established workflows.

  • Experience preparing digital and print assets according to defined specifications and production standards.
  • Ability to apply established brand systems consistently across different formats and channels.
  • Experience working with internal requestors and cross-functional team members to gather production details, share work, and incorporate feedback.
  • Ability to make routine layout, typography, image-selection, asset-adaptation, and production decisions using established practices.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to ask questions, confirm requirements, and check for understanding.
  • Ability to complete multiple assigned tasks within established timelines and raise questions or concerns when requirements are unclear.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, consistent, on-brand execution.
