You will combine deep technical knowledge of digital tracking with strategic thinking to translate data into insights and drive continuous improvement in digital performance. You will also help shape and scale AI‑powered web data solutions that deliver predictive and intelligent analytics to the business.

  • Define and own the web analytics product roadmap, aligning data collection and reporting capabilities with broader business goals and digital KPIs, and acting as the web analytics subject matter expert.
  • Partner with marketing, digital and product teams to establish measurement frameworks and tracking models that support decision making.
  • Author and maintain comprehensive technical tracking requirements for web, mobile app and advisor tool environments, including event taxonomies, data layer specifications and tagging standards.
  • Conduct QA and validation of tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all digital properties.
  • Stay current on browser privacy changes, cookie deprecation and consent management frameworks, and adjust tracking strategies to remain compliant and resilient.
  • Manage the day to day relationship with the external web analytics agency, including briefing on requirements, setting delivery timelines and holding the agency accountable for quality and deadlines.
  • Review and approve agency deliverables to ensure implementations align with J.P. Morgan Asset Management data governance and compliance standards.
  • Pull, interpret and present performance reports for websites and apps using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms, translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve digital conversion, engagement and user experience by surfacing trends, anomalies and optimization opportunities from analytics data.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence and data science teams to design and scale AI powered web data solutions, including predictive analytics, opportunity identification and automated optimization recommendations.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Deep hands‑on expertise with Google Analytics (GA4) and tag management platforms.
  • Strong experience writing technical tracking specifications for websites, mobile applications and complex digital tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret web performance data and present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience managing external vendors or agencies, including scoping work, managing timelines and ensuring quality delivery.
  • Solid understanding of data layer architecture, event tracking and digital measurement frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience partnering with data science or BI teams on analytics solutions.
