The Market Director is responsible for the overall performance of the Credit Union's assigned network of branches. Achieves regional growth goals. Contributes to operational functions and makes significant contributions to the formulation, implementation, and administration of corporate-wide policies and business goals. This position will ensure the branches under their supervision are appropriately staffed, have the appropriate tools, and training to meet company goals and objectives. The current market area for this position is Dothan, Cottonwood, Headland, Abbeville, Eufaula, and Georgetown, GA.
The successful candidate maintains high level of service, trust, accountability, and respect expected as a part of the Five Star team. The Market Director must be highly motivated and thrives in a fast paced environment. They must enjoy coaching and succeeding with their team.
At least five years of experience in a financial institution with at least five years supervisory experience required leading multiple groups or several direct reports..
