Some flexibility is needed to support shift handoffs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support a team of approximately 35 production associates in a manufacturing environment.
- Provide hands-on leadership on the production floor, ensuring employees have the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Monitor production performance and address issues that impact productivity, efficiency, or quality.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members while maintaining positive employee relations.
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Experience supporting production teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
- Union manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $90,000, with flexibility based on experience.
