Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for our production team. Our team is responsible for achieving exceptional results in schedule, efficiency, quality, and cost savings, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising production and working with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
• Oversee production operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results in key areas, including:
• Schedule adherence: meet production targets and deadlines for assigned areas
• Efficiency: maintain 100% performance and optimize productivity
• Quality: achieve PMT metrics for team defects, audit findings, and compliance
• Cost savings: develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and overtime
• Ensure training and development of personnel, including:
• Maintaining PMT online training status and Operator qualifications
• Managing Special Process Authorizations (SPA) and world-class status
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through:
• Regular 6S audits and implementation of process controls
• Prevention of Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
• Utilization of statistical process control to drive efficiency and quality
• Promote energy awareness and develop plans to reduce energy usage in production areas
• Manage and supervise assigned personnel, including:
• Day-to-day activities and performance management
• Discipline and corrective action for poor job performance, as needed

Basic Qualifications• Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.
• Supervisory experience managing production employees. Production schedule proficiency, Production flow knowledge.
• This position is located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00
