We are looking for an experienced
Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fabrication shop environment. We are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who understands the complete fabrication process and can effectively manage a production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and hands-on knowledge of TRUMPF laser, press brakes, copper fabrication, and powder coating operations.
$90,000 - $120,000 Base Salary plus a 10% Bonus Opportunity
RequirementsPrevious supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Hands-on experience with TRUMPF laser equipmentPress brake experienceCopper fabrication experiencePowder coating line experienceAbility to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings
