What will you do?
• Lead IT/OT, MES and cybersecurity for the site, ensuring compliance and managing operational technology asset inventory
• Monitor threats, mitigate vulnerabilities, and support incident response to safeguard production systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity protocols into manufacturing processes
• Drive Smart Operations projects such as MES deployments with digital talent teams and represent the site in strategic digital initiatives
• Lead site digital transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing technologies that improve manufacturing performance, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute the site's Manufacturing Execution System (MES) roadmap, partnering with plant leadership and global teams to align with enterprise standards and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of the site's cybersecurity posture through asset management, vulnerability remediation, compliance initiatives, and risk reduction activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Operations, and IT to successfully deliver Smart Factory and digital projects.
• Act as the site's subject matter expert for IT/OT integration, ensuring reliable, secure, and standardized digital solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading IT/OT, MES and cybersecurity for manufacturing sites
• Experience with Automation Integration securing automated systems within production environments
• Experience leading Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, digital transformation, MES, or manufacturing technology initiatives within a production environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and the application of digital technologies to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Experience working across Engineering and Operations organizations to deliver complex technical projects and organizational change.
• Experience utilizing data, KPIs, and performance dashboards to drive continuous improvement and support strategic decision making.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive adoption of new technologies, standards, and ways of working.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex cybersecurity challenges
• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Ability to coach and influence others in adopting new technologies and security practices
• Independent work style with strong adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
