Job Description Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Drive project execution by balancing technical, regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
- Ensure a smooth transition of new products, processes, or equipment into manufacturing and commercialization.
- Partner closely with manufacturing, commercialization, and other functional teams to align project goals and execution plans.
- Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure programs meet business objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Own end-to-end project management, including planning, launch, tracking, communications, milestone achievement, risk management, critical path analysis, and course correction.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for cross-functional teams while effectively managing within a matrix organization.
- Apply advanced problem-solving methodologies to resolve issues and overcome challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines, proactively communicating risks or variances to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Develop project protocols and prepare engineering justifications using sound engineering principles, statistical methods, and industry best practices.
- Support equipment implementation through end-of-project turnkey validation protocols and successful project closeout.
Required Qualifications:- BS-Engineering - Ideal candidate will have a degree in Packaging, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years experience as a Project Manager or Project Leader in a high speed/high volume manufacturing environment such as disposable medical device, food or beverage manufacturing or pharmaceutical (proprietary or OTC)
- Proven experience as a multi-functional Team Lead or Member
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge and Skills:- Strong communication skills-including presentation and platform
- Must have substantial fast paced work environment exposure
- PMP is preferred; SS or LSS certification is a big plus
