Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and specifying jigs and production fixtures is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in production/process engineering with complex electro-mechanical systems is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in building assembly work instructions and technical process documentation.
• Practical technical background with hardware components, tools, and assembly processes is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production environment.
• Independent and proactive mindset with excellent task management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical support to production lines and assembly teams, including real-time troubleshooting on the floor.
• Design, define, and build jigs and fixtures to improve assembly accuracy, quality, and throughput.
• Develop and implement detailed work instructions with diagrams and step-by-step sequences.
• Perform root cause analysis for production and quality issues and lead corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of production processes, focusing on efficiency and ergonomics.
• Train operators and assembly personnel on work processes and the use of jigs.
• Collaborate with NPI, Quality, Process Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize production procedures.
